Your free introductory consultation includes education about how hearing loss happens, how it affects your life (and those around you) and what hearing aid solutions might be correct for you. Your hearing test will be performed by a trained hearing specialist.

Step One: If it is established that you have some degree of hearing loss in one or both ears, the next step is to go through a series of hearing tests that will establish the precise degree of hearing loss and how that hearing loss is affecting your ability to process speech.

Step Two: Your hearing technician will study the results of your hearing test.

Step Three: Based on the findings of your hearing test, the hearing specialists will make recommendations on how to deal with your hearing loss. It’s important to remember that everyone who comes to us has different levels of hearing loss and different expectations. Some people need the very best hearing aid technology because they are professionals and their performance depends on having the best hearing possible, which means they likely need an Advanced or Premium Hearing Aid. Others have a simpler lifestyle and lower expectations, which means they can consider a lower-cost option, such as a Basic or Entry Level hearing aid.
