Mr. Stanley Wu is the best Clinician I have ever seen, both technically and emotionally. Before coming to the center, I was very depressed because I couldn't concentrate on my work or sleep due to my ear pain. My previous doctor kept blaming me for being weak and unable to handle a little pain. On the contrary, Mr. Wu comforted me throughout the treatment and stopped to encourage me whenever I felt pain. He is the most patient doctor I have ever met, he is kind and compassionate, he understands your pain, and no matter how many times you wish to stop during the treatment, he will agree and encourage you. Technically, he is also an expert in his field of specialization, he knows how to deal with different stages of the problem and is patient and willing to make several attempts until the problem is solved. His encouragement and professionalism gives hope at every visit, which I believe is of utmost importance to every patient.

While you generally don't want to meet a doctor again because it means you're sick again, it was a great honour for me to meet Mr. Wu. 

I highly recommend to see Mr. Wu if you have ear wax problems or any ear problems. Mr. Wu and his office attendant are so nice and respectful. He is so professional and knowledgeable. He had very wonderful and skilled techniques to remove the ear wax. 

I had suffered from the full ear wax for 1 week. It bothered me a lot and couldn't focus on my normal life. I visited the walk in clinic but the doctor said that he couldn't remove the ear wax because it is full in both ears. He just told me to apply the oil into both ears for 1 week. I applied the oil into my both ears twice but it made my ear condition worse. I felt desperate. Fortunately, I found this clinic by Google search and visited there today. After Mr. Wu listened to me, he took pictures of my ear canals and showed full wax filled inside. Then he started to remove the ear wax. It was an amazing experience. I could hear clearly again. I cannot stop smiling because it looked like magic to me. It only took 10 minutes to remove all my ear wax.

I have recently taken my 6 year old to get her ears cleaned since she was complaining about her hearing for a few weeks now. This was our first time visiting the clinic and would not be our last. My first impression of the clinic was very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very professional and friendly as we were greeted by the receptionist once we arrived. The ear wax removal process was extremely pleasant and painless as my daughter did not complain. Stanley explained what he will be doing in advance and set expectations for our awareness purposes. During the process, Stanley periodically checks in to see how she is doing and makes small talk to ensure she is feeling great. He uses a microscope camera to provide a before and after picture to show the huge difference once the process is complete.

I finally solved my ear canal blockage problem. Both of my ears had been blocked by hardened ear wax, which was affecting my hearing a lot. I had travelled to 4 cities and 2 countries for medical treatment to solve the problem, which never fully resolved. The clinician, Stanley Wu, has excellent skills and techniques. He cleared my ear canal in 3 different ways, and the whole process was completely painless and very comfortable. Thank you very much!
